I have recently exhausted my states unemployment insurance and still have not been able to find a job in that time. I am a single black woman living with a roomate and I'm starting to owe her a significant amount of money. I do not have any family outside of a couple of estranged brothers :/
I was pet sitting up until december when an accident totaled my vehicle. I live in a rural area where there is no public transporation.
I look & apply for jobs daily and there are a lot of postings, however the remote market is competetive. I specialize in IT Support or Help Desk (so if anyone can get me a connection, pls). I feel like as a black woman I get less chances than other demographics here. I do get interviews but all have rejected me so far :/
I really hate to ask for donations, but I'm a bit lost on what I can do. I can let my own bills go, but I don't want to make my roommate suffer much longer. I need 1000 dollars to cover March rent and my previous portion of the utilies. If there is any to spare, I could use it for food, but I am okay right now because I scammed HelloFresh a little bit for a couple of free boxes (I have a couple of codes I can share if anyone else needs to do this)
