oh yeah no, it wasn’t like a closed mod team thing 2 of my current friends (14 at the time, just for info) eventually became mods and from what I hear, it wasn’t like a bad behind the scenes thing they were just friends of the mods and eventually got the role by existing as their friends near them

anyways what do you mean/where did you hear that 😭 I + my friends don’t remember any big stink w anybody drawing and sending straight up nsfw into the server, especially not a mod ?? I will go out of my way to say that the mods of this server weren’t like. evil groomers or some shit. The kids in there were just lowk out of control We were all young and they were horribly inexperienced in running a HUGE server like that and while we can’t deny they took the wrong steps, I give them grace in hindsight because it seemed to be their first times running something like that and when something came up, they didn’t know what to do and looked to their system that was set in place for help We gotta remember hindsight’s 20/20 and things always seemed a million times more complicated in the moment

I worked in a supermarket for 7 years and I don't think I can understate just how much cleaning you had to do for it to look clean (it very often where not in the places you aren't supposed to see)

True for food service, retail establishments, gyms, outdoor areas, schools, religious buildings, office buildings, etc. People usually only notice when a space is NOT clean, meanwhile every time a space is clean it’s only because of the diligent work of janitors, maintenance staff, custodians, parks workers, or volunteers.

Sorry I took a bit to answer this one, work’s kicking my ass but the thing is that we lowkey didn’t know . I fear . He did the MAP oc drawing thing when we were all about 13-16, I, myself, being 13. The mods dished out the punishment they thought was appropriate and while it definitely wasn’t proportionate, it quelled the situation enough to the point where it was brushed under the rug by the whole server Very fast . Before we made CC, I sorta thought he was weird But then he made it into our friend group via somebody ELSE we’ve already cut off for 10x WORSE things (which sort of made him fade into the bg for us), we made CC, and I thought I initially misjudged him for 5 years straight 😞 he got a lot of benefit of the doubt from me. Sure, I thought he was immature and most likely at least like a year and a half younger than me (I was like 16-17 thinking this) but he was my friend and when he said he was turning 18 + made a whole show of it, obviously I’m gonna believe him

we cut him off IMMEDIATELY when we figured out he was posting and sending suggestive things with minors around while claiming to be 19. One of said minors at the time was my bf (who is now an adult), but he didn’t tell us Chester sent him some shit (nor did Chester tell him he was any age in particular, leading to my bf to just naturally assume they were both about the same age/minors) until about a year after when we were discussing what was up with him as a group. We confronted him about it and cut him off, and instead of going “wait!!!! I’m a minor, im not actually 19!!!!” like he could’ve at ANY point beforehand, he just admitted to being inappropriate with minors and tried to apologize ??? Which obviously didn’t fly with us because yk. Thought he was 19 grooming kids

hindsight is 20/20 with how bad of a person and friend he was/is, but it’s kinda hard to see when somebody’s talking over you/treating you like a superfan doormat when you’d recently cut off somebody for genuinely being a whole supervillain 😭 plus, a few of the issues we have with him as a whole really only showed themselves/were Very small but got wayyy worse after we cut him off so . much to consider about there

Now, I was one of the few people who completely missed this happening because I was busy and not only was the doodle deleted, but it was a busy server and was completely covered up/talked over by the time I logged back on, but one of my friends was actually THE person to chew him the fuck out (to preface, Tony was like 14 when this happened and would 100% handle this more maturely now). I also just so happen to still be in that server too so we can scrounge up the screenshots for the entire thing

The server was 13+ mind you For clarification, the messages from now blocked people were mostly irrelevant, apart from 1 or 2 ex friends agreeing with the deleted user. It’s impossible for them to see this but if they do, you know who you are and I don’t like you . But also here’s the deleted user clarifying what they meant after all this just for the full scope
