I have so many ways. so many ways. but my number one rejoiceful recipe has the following ingredients:

find hobbies you can do with friends. I love to camp with my friends and spend time drawing with them [:

get out in the world and/or exercise a bunch. the best fuel for staying joyous and I mean it. it can be anything. walk! bike! dance! yoga! swim! however much you can do without pushing yourself too hard.

talk to people in your community. join clubs if you're at uni or school. you can even find local clubs on facebook and similar. so so so good for you!

set a BUNCH of fun short term goals. mine currently are: adding horse figurines I find to my horse shelf, seeing 10 kiwi in the wild (I'm at 7!) and adding five more dinner recipes to my repertoire.

the vitamins. do NOT underestimate the importance of the vitamins. supplements made my life so much easier. you need energy you need the building blocks for a healthy brain!!! get those omega 3s!! that vitamin b12!!! trust me on this!!

SLEEP. SLEEP. AS CONSISTENTLY AS YOU ARE ABLE. WHEN I SLEEP BADLY I TURN EVIL. TRY TO WAKE UP AT THE SAME TIME EVERY DAY. YOUR BRAIN NEEDS JUICE! YOU HEAL DURING SLEEP! YOU SOLIDIFY MEMORIES DURING SLEEP!! JOY IS EASIER WHEN YOU SLEEP WELL!!!
