Some tots. I like to think draenei tails have limited prehensility, allowing them to carry (light) things in the way opossums use their tails to haul nesting material. Kids in particular might use this ability to make sure their favorite toy is always at hand.
Back at it again: sketching eredar speculative biology ideas!
This time I wanted to focus on their tendrils and tails. Zeal and I theorize that they were, at one time, semi-aquatic predators. Their tendrils are fat reserves and are sensitive to vibration and motion underwater, making them, functionally, whiskers. Their tails, at least on modern males/body 1, are thick and muscular, which could have made them good for propelling them through water.
Modern eredar display really stark sexual dimorphism, leading me to believe that, over time, these traits became secondary sex characteristics and health indicators. The sexes would have been much closer in appearance during the chapter of their history where these traits were important for survival.
Nowadays, tendrils are moreso thought of as an erogenous zone (which is supported by that one /flirt voice clip, you know the one), but could still be fine sensory organs. The muscular nature of tails could also be good for wrestling/rutting in competing males.

Good day I have decided to claim Lilian Voss for the autistics through both her canon lore and headcanons that I feel suit her. Look I'll jump through hoops for it:
She's used to rigid training routines and rules, she has a lot of empathy for others but can be blunt when expressing it, flat way of speaking most of the time, possibly deflects when people ask her how she's faring herself because alexithymia and discomfort with being touched, spends a lot of time observing other people's behavior, prefers to work alone and has a limited tolerance for socializing
