I just came back from a walk. The wind is full of monsoon - moist and fragrant. 

I was reading a book in the afternoon. It was a kind of delirium one gets into, when one manages to reach the climax of the book. I was faintly aware of the world outside. I knew the sun was high and it was sweltering hot. Every once in a while a few cool drops of sweat slithered down the folds of my belly, leaving the hem of my shirt noticeably wet. It is the kind of afternoon, one remembers while looking back at one’s youth. There was something robust, hectic and passionate about it. But, like I said, I was only faintly aware of it. It was as though I was inside the glass house, flooded with the light from the outside, but no noise reached me except the sound of the characters from my book. I felt so alive. I felt the pump of blood in my veins as the heat slowly seeped into my skin. 

I was reading a love story. And the story made me giddy, and I wanted to become that foolish, young girl again. And I kind of did, too. I cannot even name this feeling. 

So, I just became so giddy that I had to go for a walk. Its cooler now. I walked till I became really tired. Oh! its such a terrific evening and its beauty is not lost on me. How lovely to be alive and to feel summer on one’s skin again!

why did we ever stop writing Like That, like now it’s all “he looked at her with longing” like!!! what happened to “he gazed at her, pain in his eyes, heart twisting with every beat, and felt that if she did not look back he might never truly know happiness again” WHY DO WE WRITE IN NORMAL LENGTH SENTENCES NOW!!! BRING BACK PARAGRAPH LONG SENTENCES! BRING BACK THE UNINTELLIGIBLE!!! MAKE OSCAR WILDE PROUD BITCH!!!!!

Dear happiness, you are everything and I cherish every moment with you. Though I try to be the best of myself when am with you, I might have missed being that what you were seeking of me. In doing so the thought of missing your expectations make me feel low which takes me to crying in lonesome corners, where nobody sees me- nobody hears. I revitalize myself every day, run over again so that I be the complete self of myself again and again. I am questioned, I am weighed in the societal norms, I am told- I passed being a mother or some times am said I failed being one good one. There are expectations in total dismays from me and am tired with every other says many times. I have stopped this juggle. I have stopped staying up to expectations always. It's a long run. The run of 25 months + (16+9) and the journey with so many ups and downs- yet happiness that surpassed them all and faith that came in the form of my siblings and mom and Ankit and Dear you who held me strong all these times. 16 months into this world and from day 1 you brought with yourself different emotional swings for me. I have so many things to tell you when you grow up. So so many things. Your each picture, gestures, acts take me to heavenly heights. You are a blessing love. I love you so so so much. 3 November, 2017: A new chapter opened in our lives. Our gift rolled off. 3 November, 2018: The new chapter, our gift-Mr. ONEderful turns One. My motherhood turns ONE.
