OH CAN YOU IMAGINE regulus whos never had any experience of romance before except from romance novels wanting to try that stuff eith james except James doesnt know that hes trying that stuff with him.

like for example, james is ranting and regulus kisses him to shut him up, and obviously james a very eager? so regulus is like mmMm. im going to need to do this more often. except as regulus continues to do it, james notices the pattern and thinks that regulus doesnt like him ranting, so he stops. and when regulus notices that hes stopped, he thinks that james doesn't want regulus kissing him so often. amd then for a week theyre both on eggshells around eachother until one of them cracks and they both just laugh.

and then james teases regulus saying that he bets theres other, more enjoyable things in the books he reads that they could recreate. (regulus turns into a tomato)
