spring onions
gem lettuce
Common freezer things:
all the sale meat (buy cheap, freeze)

portions of low-carb tortillas (ie one or two in bags)
Common cupboard things:
eggs
roasted peanuts
tuna
peanut butter
sweetener
coconut oil
unsweetened cocoa powder
Versatile Meals:
Defrost chicken breast the day before, wrap in bacon pop in oven for 35 minutes, top with cheese, bake for 5 mins and microwave frozen broccoli
combine grated mozzarella and 3 eggs. Add teaspoon of garlic powder and oregano. Makes a base which can be turned into pizza/breadsticks/garlic bread (pop that mix on a greaseproof paper lined tray, flatten to half an inch or so, bake for 20 minutes until golden on top, add toppings as required eg low carb tomato puree, salami and parmesan/mozzarella etc)
can of tuna, spoon of mayo, some chopped onions. Bonus if you have a gem lettuce to make into a wrap.
slice of beef, dash of mustard, gem lettuce leaf as a wrap
Chop half a cauliflower into florets, add salt and pepper. Nuke in microwave for 4 mins. Add a knob of butter and splash of cream. Stir. Nuke for another 4 minutes (should be soft). Pop some cheddar (about 100g) in a food processor. Grate. Add cauliflower. Blend. Best mash ever. Works as main or side.
Defrost chicken breast day before. Cover in melted butter. Roll in a combination of grated cheddar and herbs (eg oregano, thyme). Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with microwaved broccoli, baby spinach etc
Pop streaky bacon and 5 chopped cherry tomatoes on a foil-lined baking tray. Bake for 20-30 mins (depending on how you like your bacon). Fry an egg or two in some coconut oil. Breakfast!
mix some herbs with water (eg tikka spices). Roll chicken thighs/legs/breasts in this mixture. Bake in the oven on some foil for 30 mins or so. May work if you exchange water for melted butter, haven’t tried this but it just occured to me. will be trying next time!
