No one understands how suffocating it feels to have ASPD & feel so isolated no matter where you are or what you’re doing.

Theres a disconnect thats involuntarily, at times I wish I were able to deeply connect & be closer to people but I can’t. I can’t help but feel nothing but a suffocating boredom that consumes me whole, seeing people connect and have fun with one another will always be such a heavy isolating feeling that I don’t think anyone will ever understand.

??? What part of "impulsive and spiraling" do you not understand??? I have depressive episodes where I get the most severe cases of suicidal thoughts, not that I'm CONSTANTLY suicidal/depressed. My mood swings from a huge fucking crash and feeling worthless and wanting to die to feeling like God, feeling high, and on top of the world. I'm so sick of people assuming I'm constantly on the edge of killing myself or something; I'M NOT DEPRESSED.

Kind of crazy how every time I struggle or have episodes, everyone's first reaction is to ask me "do you wanna keep studying/living/moving forward?" as if having episodes and lapses suddenly means I want to stop altogether, like I don't deserve to continue moving forward just because I'm struggling right now
