Saying that Tyrion, as an abused disabled thirteen year old being controlled by a parent who also is lord of the country, “abandoning” Tysha is an unforgivable act is like saying that Sansa abandoning Jeyne Poole is an unforgivable act. Except Sansa even as a hostage in king’s landing has more people on her side and more of a healthy psychological ability to trust her own perceptions and judgement due to having at least grown up in a loving family so that she has the ability to recognize what’s happening to her and resist it more than Tyrion ever did.
