when we took yoshi to the vet for his checkup we mentioned him limping sometimes but it not seeming to bother him at all (which made me believe maybe he has luxating patella) but vet examined him and i showed him a video of it happening and he asked "is there someone in your family with a limp?" because couldnt find anything apparently wrong with him. which is kind of funny. only way to know for sure is an xray but its so expensive, vet just said to monitor him and make sure its not getting worse since he doesnt seem to be in pain

got a switch 2 for my birthday so i could make use of all the gift cards i got from work :))) i had a launch edition switch and its wigging me out how fast the switch 2 feels. but why do we still not have themes!!! i want my themes back!!!

so cool how advanced the algorithm has become, it literally only takes like a decade or more of spying on all my internet activity and then it can expertly curate a selection of 15-20 youtube videos that i don't really want to watch, and then keep showing me those videos over and over again for a week so i can scroll past them again. the future is now

um actually there's nothing wrong with letting cats be outdoor pets. your cat is depressed locked inside forever. it's animal abuse. let it outside. more cats should be let outside more often. especially overnight.

brian sella was right. i am washing my hair with soap i am sitting down in the shower it is this dirty type of clean that keeps me trapped in here for hours still i scrub and scrub til my body bleeds convince myself i am coming clean forget and ignore who i used to be that kid is never coming back

yoshi figured out how to open the backyard screen door, which is a problem because the lock on it has been broken since we moved in. he's getting too smart and im scared. we had a plumber over today so we had to shut him in the backyard with the glass door closed, but he realized that the screen door to my mom's bedroom (which opens to the backyard) wasnt locked so he let himself inside through there. next thing i know he'll figure out how to open the latch on the baby gate that keeps him out of the living room (because he eats referrals)

my doctor gave me tranexamic acid to try to mitigate bleeding but i dont feel like its made a noticeable difference

the stingrays at the touch tank just now were acting pretty cautious around the people reaching in, getting really close but staying juuuust too far for anyone to touch, and this ten year old boy in a fnaf tshirt told me, exasperated, "the stingrays are ragebaiting us!!"
