So.. someone reposted my art to Pinterest, they didn't ask me for permission and they did not credit me. I found it by accident while looking for references for something unrelated.
Let me use this as an opportunity to make a few things clear.
Never repost my art without credit.
I don't give blanket permission to repost my art on purpose. If you want to post it somewhere else ALWAYS ask me first. I don't care if you're shy. Ask me for permission. It's MY art.
If you want to use my art as a wallpaper, go right ahead. If you want to edit my art in any way and then use it as a wallpaper. Go ahead, I don't really care if it's just your wallpaper.
If you want to use my art as a profile picture somewhere, you can but only with credit. If you want to use an edited version of my art as a profile picture. You can but only with credit and disclaimer that it's edited.
I know a lot of artists don't like their art being edited, I personally don't really mind, but I also have never had anyone do that (to my knowledge) and therefore I've never had a bad experience with it. But like I said, if it's for personal use, I don't care. The only thing I'd be uncomfortable with is the removal of my signature.
