First in the series, Luis Serra!
A young Styracosaurus, who started travelling after losing his grandfather to a strange disease. After finding nothing in another herd but more sickness, he returned home, only to find a new herd leader, and a new host of problems.
Luis is not afraid of predatory dinosaurs, and is actually quite friendly towards most that are his size or smaller.
Gonna start a lil series here of silly goofy ideas for Dinofied Resident Evil, cause why not?

Someone got too ambitious and ended up on Bradley's list. A chimerafied Roy Mustang, escaped and on the streets, trying to both keep his squad safe, and find a way to return to his human self. Sadly his hands don't fit his gloves, so no more Alchemy for him.
