Hi! Just wanted it to be known that this is the account for Kuriboh/Kuri (VA for Joker and everyone else voiced by me). I hope you enjoy the series so far, and I can't wait to see you all again very soon.

I saw a bit of discourse about comics recently and I want to share my 2 cents.

If you want a jumping-in point for a comic series, just jump in! Nobody outside of the most pretentious asshats will judge you for not starting at issue 1 or any key issues. A hobby and its fandom shouldn't be defined by its most annoying members, and having an encyclopedic knowledge of a series won't make you superior to someone who just picked up the first issue they found. "What if I don't know a character?" Don't be afraid to ask someone or just Google it. Why do people seem to have such an aversion to asking questions or going on a character's wiki page? It's what they were made for! Is it a fear of judgment? Maybe it's one's own pride, or perhaps it's the belief that researching a character is a waste of time. To those who believe that: Know that curiosity is not a crime. A waste of one's time is a mere perception with no objectivity to define it by. What is considered a trifle is within the eye of the individual, so if you're satisfied by what you learn, then it's time well spent, is it not? Perhaps that's just me, though.

TODAY, August 12, 2024, The Animation Guild begins negotiations with the AMPTP to win a new contract for animation. This is a huge fight with severe stakes for the future of the Animation Industry in the US, and the guild needs your support!

The crews who work so hard to bring these works to life are struggling to pay their bills, if they can find work at all, while studio CEOs are getting multi-million dollar raises to cancel projects and gut streaming libraries.

We can win this fight, but we need public outcry and support. If you work in animation, if you've ever dreamed of working in animation, or if you just love animation, please stand with TAG and support the union effort to keep animation a viable career and a valuable medium!
