Supposed to be editing a job to go out tomorrow but I couldn’t leave that freshly souped stack of film just sitting on the desk. Been shooting the 6th Street bridge construction since the demo a few years ago. Never understood the enormous task the city has undertaken until this trip. Both sides joined in the middle. LA is cleaning up, the human effort is commendable and will continue the DTLA resurgence. I may never get this drone figured out. So far the palm trees are 2-0 with it falling 25ft to the pavement yesterday. Took me all afternoon to get it patched back together and calibrated. Final test in the Marina tonight and we’ll try it to Salt Lake City tomorrow.
