Stanley Kubrick's 'The Shining' is my third favourite movie.

Yes, I know it not quite like the book but cinematically it's quite a haunting movie. It's definitely one I've fallen for despite its differences. I love the book and the part of me that is a fan of the book felt quite annoyed with the changes but the part of me that loves how a movie looks and a good plot (separating it from the book making it seem like its own) could absolutely watch it all the time.

I also love Kubrick’s attention to detail (even though it did put quite an amount of stress of the actors and staff) I believe its outstanding that every single little detail was cared for and carefully dealt with.

Sorry for getting carried away! It’s slowly getting closer to my favourite day so im watching some chilling movies!
