Please stand up for Ukraine
Even though other people are saying it better than I will - I'm saying it because I need each of you to know. Because it is vital for me and my country right now.
There has been war in the eastern part of Ukraine for 8 years: Russia invaded us and occupied our territories. It was ugly. Many people lost their homes, many had to leave everything behind and flee. Others have been trapped there, unable to leave.
Now Russia is about to launch another invasion to try and cut off another piece of my country. Everywhere they come, there will be death and destruction. So many people will be killed, and many more will be forced to flee their homes.
And then, if Russia occupies any place, there will be terror. People will disappear in the night, and their bodies will be found after. If you've forgotten, if you did not know - that is how it happened in Crimea. People who are not Russian enough, not compliant anough, not cisstraight enough, or deny occupants anything, or look the wrong way - will be killed, or thrown into prison, or beaten and robbed.
Without international support, Ukraine cannot defend itself against the invasion. We need other countries to stand up for us to stop Russia's attack. We need it before it is too late.
So I'm sitting here, not knowing if my city is going to be bombed tomorrow, with an emergency bag packed just in case I need to run and hide in the middle of the night.
And I am asking you: please show your government that you want them to do everything to stop the war right now. Reach out to your government, to your local politicians. Boost Ukrainian voices. Don't stay silent about Ukraine. Tell them until they listen. You can help stop the war.
February 24, 2022. Ukraine is under attack from Russia since today's morning. Cities are being bombed, and Russian troops are attacking from the border with Belarus and from Crimea.
Please do not let the world turn a blind eye on it. Please do what you can to make your country's government support Ukraine and make Russia stop the war.

February 25, 2022. 7 am GMT. Yesterday we were attacked by Russian army from multiple directions. There are battles all over Ukraine. Russian aggressors took Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, the consequences could be disastrous to all of Europe. Kyiv has been under attack from the air. Ukrainian army is fighting heroically to stop the aggressor. Ukraine announced general mobilization tonight.
We need the world to help us stop Russia NOW.

Kyiv is targeted by Russian aviation as well as land forces right now. I'm writing this in a bomb shelter.

Demand immediate action from your government to STOP Putin's aggression!

Report russian propaganda everywhere, lies are their weapon just like rockets, don't let them tell lies!
Do not stop. Ukraine needs your persistent support!
Explain this to everyone around you and ask them to do the same.

DEMAND from your government to make it IMPOSSIBLE for Russia to continue the war.
And have people around you join this demand. While it is not too late for millions of Ukrainians. If you would stop Hitler Germany - stop Putin's Russia.

Contrary to the invaders' plans, Kyiv is still FREE. Let them die mad about it! Ukrainian army has repelled all of the attacks on Kyiv heroically.
So Russian invaders continue using the terror tactics of bombing Ukrainian cities. They are targeting civilian houses and the corresponding infrastructure such as gas pipes. We are holding with all we have. We won't give up to intimidation! And we need the world to cut off Russia from SWIFT, we need NATO to help us close the sky over Ukraine, we need to make it IMPOSSIBLE for Russia to continue the war. Help us in any way you can! Whatever you can do - counts. Don't wait for tomorrow, if you want tomorrow to come for us.

Fourth day of the war has started.
Russian aggressors continue targeting civilian houses, hospitals, kindergardens and schools, medical cars. They are shooting at gas pipes of civilian buildings to cause more deaths among civilians! Their victims are disabled, ill, elderly people. There are also children among civilian losses.
Ukrainian army shows miracles of skill and bravery, stopping the enemy and protecting our cities.
The world stands with Ukraine. And this gives us hope to see peace again! Please do not stop your support now. Do not stop helping my country until the aggressor is thrown out, until the war is ended and we are safe again!
