Be kind to trans women or die by my sword
Respect trans men or die by my axe
Include nonbinary people or die by my morningstar
listen to intersex people or die by my longbow
love he/him butches and she/her femboys and neopronoun queers and all kinds of gnc folks or die by my arquebus
don’t just see multi-gender and two spirit and third gender and agender people as “gotchas” in your debates or die by my trebuchet
Say whatever you want, but I think the ideas "Men are just perverted lusftul beasts" and "Women are soft uwu emotionally deep and pure beings who never or rarely think about sex" are equally harmful and regressive ideas to both men and women.
Transmisogyny is believing that trans women and fems have to "earn" womanhood and feminity.
Actually, you don't. You don't earn gender like it's a trophy rewarded after a multitude of feats. You just have it. You get it when you realize that you want to be fem.
TERFs try and use this ideal to block trans people from feminity. If womanhood and feminity is something to be earned, they can bar it behind getting a period or giving birth. (Which, stupidly excludes perisex cis women. And includes some intersex trans women. Oh no, the horror/heavy sarcasm)
But we all know that isn't true. And if you didn't, just know that science has our back.
You don't have to do a single thing to earn your gender. It's just yours and it belongs to you, no hurdles to cross whatsoever.
men who have a vagina and/or uterus do not systemically benefit from male privilege. its that simple
this isn't a statement that should need qualifiers to clarify intent because its true. yeah someone could use this true thing to be a dick, to bend it to mean a certain thing, especially when the person hasn't unlearned any of the oppositional sexism or transphobia theyve been taught.
but it doesn't inherently imply any of that. and it is a pretty basic feminist observation. this should be transfeminism 101. its insane that this is as controversial as it is. the fact that it isnt transfeminism 101 should tell you something about how much feminism has been held back by its own transphobia & anti-transmasculinity.
if you disagree with this statement i better not ever hear you talking about medical misogyny & the lack of research on "female bodies" or ESPECIALLY reproductive autonomy, abortion, forced pregnancy, etc. etc. because there is NO WAY! to discuss misogyny that targets the body without talking about trans men and nonbinary people and intersex people and, yes trans women, who can also overlap with all of the previous groups!
either you are a transphobe and don't care if we live or we die or you do and you should be making an effort to include us. and that means getting more comfortable with ambiguity and nuance around trans people and their relationships to patriarchy and gender oppression. and that includes trans men and masculinity/manhood in general!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is no way around this
transfeminism should be about complicating the feminist framework that was built by & for cis perisex women. it shouldn't be about flattening trans and intersex experiences to fit into that framework. like what are we doing here can we be so for real.
to boil it down for y'all:
this post is telling you to include all trans men and nonbinary people and every non-cis-perisex-woman whose got any body parts (natal or not) that are socially feminized & subject to misogyny in your feminism,
or stop talking about medical misogyny entirely.
i really couldn't give less of a fuck if some trans men have cushy office jobs and get bro hugs from their cis guy coworkers. i care about trans men like Ezz Eldin / Ahmed Fare, an Egyptian trans man who died after getting an hysterectomy at an underground clinic that discharged him immediately after, leaving him to bleed to death. trans men are raped and forced into marriages and denied abortions and subject to medicine that never studied bodies like ours, and you never fucking hear about it.
i just want everyone to talk more about transmasculine oppression than we do the platonic ideal middle-class white cis passing heterosexual trans man with an office job. i want you to care more about the trans men who don't fucking make it. this post isn't even really about male privilege as much as it is me fucking begging people to realize that YOU are contributing to transmasc erasure and YOU can STOP at ANY FUCKING TIME!
It would be cool if this website actually started recognising when it falls into another blatant TERF movement. Every single queer discourse we’ve had have all been TERF psy-ops infiltrating the community, and some chronically online queer people fall for it every single time without fail.
No, there isn’t a valid discussion to have about whether bisexual lesbians are valid, this conversation was started by TERFs. No, there isn’t a need to question whether asexuals are queer enough for the community, this conversation was started by TERFs. No, lesboys and mspec lesbians are not invading lesbian spaces, this conversation was started by TERFs. No, there isn’t a debate to be had about whether trans men have male privilege, this conversation was started by TERFs.
Discourse will be a lot easier to resolve if the second you find yourself entering a discussion that tries to invalidate a queer identity, question their oppression, or cause infighting in the community you remind yourself that “this was a conversation started by TERFs” and step the fuck away from it.
No, there isn’t going to be a single valid discussion within discourse about queer identities, there is never going to be a queer person that you’re allowed to punch down on, and no one in this community is taking anything away from you. If you find yourself believing that you’ve finally entered a discussion against certain queer people that will help the queer community, I’m sorry to say that you’re actually back in the fucking building again, and you’re sitting at the table with TERFs. I recommend removing yourself as soon as possible before they start turning on you, too.
and its happening btw right now theyve started closing their ranks there will always be an open pipeline because they prey on vulnerable queer people but the terfs are very slowly creating an iron echo chamber around themselves and pushing people out
Most of society only sees trans men as trans, but most of the queer community only sees trans men as men.
Trans men don't get to be both trans and men. They are one or the other depending on which one can be better used to hurt them.
one billion years of love and joy for trans men, ok? one billion years. one trillion, even. im not kidding. every trans man should be happy.
Not feminist as in "women should be included in the draft" but feminist as in "being drafted is a violation of bodily autonomy for any gender".
The draft should not exist. Drafting people into the military is a violation of human rights. You should not be able to force someone to risk their life. If you can't find enough people who care about a conflict to keep it going then it simply shouldn't keep going. You can't even force someone to donate a kidney using government power, why the fuck can you force them to donate their whole body and life to a cause they don't agree with or don't care about?
Trans man: I think I, and every other gender, deserve to be treated equally
Cis man: I think I deserve to be treated as a superior to all women
Transandrophobes: this is the exact same argument, wow. This is terrifying rhetoric. I can't believe trans men are talking exactly like Andrew Tate
tags cuz this needs to find its people
i think there is a FINE line between “this is distinctly a trans women’s/fem’s issue so we don’t need trans men/mascs speaking for us or making it abt them.” And “All trans men/mascs are evil misogynistic pricks just because they’re men.” Like ???? I get that there are SOME bad trans men/mascs just like there are SOME bad trans women/fems just like there are bad people in every group of people. But that does not call for hating each other. Right now the trans and overall queer community needs to stick together more than ever. So quit your transandrophobic bullshit, grow a spine, get off the floor, work through your internalized transphobia (because yes, trans people can be transphobic), and go outside and touch grass and interact with queer and trans people face to face becuz in reall life nobody gives A FLYING FUCK about online queer discourse. And any discourse or bigotry you subscribe to is helping all of the alt right fascists and billionaires and people in power. Because they know we will stand up to them together, and we are weaker and more vulnerable apart ESPECIALLY when we are fighting amongst ourselves to the point where we don’t realize we are in the midst of a genocide until its too late.
Both Transandrophobia And Transmisogyny Exist
and exorsexism
And intersexism
[PT: Both transandrophobia and transmisogyny exist.]
“why are trans women excluded from this women’s space while trans men are welcomed with open arms???”
you look inside and the trans men and transmascs being “welcomed with open arms” are being misgendered, abused, pushed towards detransitioning, and the ones that are seen as too masculine to be treated as women-lite are being kicked out of the space the same as trans women
i’m just so fucking tired yall. you can talk about bad things happening to trans women without assuming the opposite must be true for trans men, you know that right?

From one of her friends on a Reddit post.
That last post I reblogged got me thinking again about how people can’t separate their idea of manhood from violence.
It’s like some people are capable of imagining womanhood without submission but can’t imagine manhood without dominance. Like for some reason in their minds women can escape their gender norms and make a new definition of what gender is for themselves but men can’t.
Unconditionally accept nonbinary identities. I am no longer asking
you will not call others theyfabs or theymabs unless they label themselves that. You will not screencap people using bun/bunself and slap them in cringe comps. Do you understand?
if your response to this is "Yeah! Let kids have fun!" You have lost the plot
people identify with xenogenders seriously.
I think it's insane that even in the most leftist and "progressive" spaces the idea of equating morality with looks is alive and present and no one fucking bats an eye at it. like racists and mysoginysts are always portrayed as fat and hairy and generally unkept, as a contrast to the morally good and attractive leftists of course; people will have no problem being genuinely fucking awful about someone's appearance if they're deemed to be a "bad person". and the worst part is you point all of this out and people act like you're reading too much into things like no dude you gotta start using your brain more
