I’m very sad to have to write about this but my dad is at risk of becoming homeless and can’t currently afford rent. He is asking me for help as he continues to apply for new jobs but I can only do so much as I don’t get paid until next month and I don’t live with him currently to help out and he was let go from his job of 10+ years last month and was denied unemployment and has had to sell things. He needs whatever help he can get and has not been in this situation before.

HE SAYS HE NEEDS AT LEAST 1500 TO PAY FOR RENT. PHONE, WATER, ELECTRICITY. We are currently at 750/1500. (I’ll update accordingly).

Going to bring back this post sadly. I helped cover my dad’s bills for last month. This week he has resorted into making a gofundme to pay for the month of August bills. This month he needs 700 to cover his rent as he waits to sell his car, get confirmation from past interviews. A few weeks ago, someone literally scammed him out of a computer he was trying to sell that would have covered this exact expense.
