the thing about the dmc games is they're just genuinely a good ass time to play and you can totally go through them with no further thought than "swoosh swoosh pew pew, dante so cool" but if you pay just slightly too much attention you unlock a new flavor of sadness

I absolutely adore cave environments in games (I blame Uncharted 4!) and Ghost of Yōtei has some very nice caves!

with the way ppl talk abt dmc on tumblr u would think it’s this ultra depressing series but no actually u fight this succubus and kill her then she turns into an electric guitar that literally shoots electricity then the main character does a guitar solo right then and there with said guitar that also turns into a scythe.
