American Dragon: changed art style out of respect because the original artist died and they didn’t want to poorly imitate their style

All these years I never knew the reason American Dragon changed it’s art-style because the original artist passed away.

That’s a first for me too.

I wasn’t a fan of how they changed styles between seasons, making some characters like the dragon forms less cool. But now I feel bad knowing the change was because the original artist died.

So I had no idea about this and now I feel super guilty cause I spent MANY years as a kid just seeeeeething about this and constantly yelling at the artists. But it’s actually kind of beautiful. I just wish they henched up the dragon a bit. Why make him gangly??
