"I know." Lucerys stood in the frame of the window, the moonlight casting shadows across his face as he peered out at the moon above. His heart yearned for Arrax, to feel the rush of the wind in his ears and the strength of his dragon's pounding wings beneath him. He turned away from the window, leaving the wish with the moon as he faced his older brother. "Do you think we will ever see them again? Arrax and Vermax?" His voice was soft, unsure.

jacaerys understood the longing for home, for the privileges once granted and the freedom that came along with possessing a dragon, and the feeling of suddenly losing it all. but he had a responsibility, here, as the elder brother, to put his own perils aside for the sake of embodying a confidant for lucerys. “ i think we must remain optimistic. ” he answered in earnest. “ this place is capable of miracles, certainly. who is to say that our dragons will not soon show up themselves ? ”

Aemond’s jaw tightened as Jacaerys’ words cut through the silence, sharp and mocking. He turned slowly, the corners of his mouth curling into a smirk that didn’t quite reach his eye. “Funny thing about blood” he replied, his voice cold and edged with a dark amusement. He stepped closer, as he wasn't some helpless little child anymore. “You can wash it off your hands, change your clothes, but the weight of it? That sticks with you.” he replied looking at his young nephew for a moment “Is that how my darling sister taught you to say hello to your elders? We must work on your Manners…it’s important…to have a good Strong base when you might inherit the throne one day Nephew.”

lyanna was enjoying her new life and her job, she had wanted children but she had just assumed that they weren't in the cards for her. she had just finished work for the day and had decided to go to one of the parks to relax after dealing with a group of rowdy children, she had finally looked down at her clothes from the door and let out a small breath "as much as I love those kids, they can be messy" she said aloud, not expecting anyone to really answer her.

Daeron had found a nice and quiet place in the park to enjoy his lunch. He had hoped to have some time alone but when his mother joined him in the table, a sigh escaped his lips. "Sure." He shrugged his shoulders, as he looked down at his food, taking a few bites from his sandwich. "Are you well?" He asked her, not wanting to sit in awkward silence with his mother.
