Question for MD Bar takers

Hi friends, just wondering if anyone has any anecdotal tales about people being interviewed for C&F per MD rules and then finding out they didn’t pass...

I’ve got an interview pre-bar results and I’d like to take that as a good sign, but I don’t actually know many MD lawyers and thus I’ve turned to you lovelies in the Lawblr community.

PSA about the federalist society esp for 1Ls

They will have a lot of meetings and they will offer great free food. They will not tell you what the federalist society is except “protect the constitution”. If you are not a libertarian / conservative you will not have a good time.

How do you handle waiting for whether you passed or failed? I feel okay as you can be about the essays not that I’ve looked up anything or asked anyone about any of them, and I can never tell how I do on the mbe, I was averaging above 70% on my practice exams but idk if that’s a good barometer because it always felt like a crapshoot and it feels easy to fall behind. The waiting is awful and it has just begun! 😩

You have to forget about the bar and occupy your time with something else.

- Work and make $$$

- Exercise and get ripped

- Read and get knowledgeable as hell 

- Learn a new language, sport, or craft 

- Go on dates and find a honey 

- Watch all the movies you meant to watch

- Steal the Declaration of Independence
