I feel like people forget way to often that the Jedi council wanted to knight Ahsoka. The only reason that she's not a full grown jedi knight is that she has refused to come back to the order after she was framed. It's not that Anakin hasn't finished her training is that she left.

I recently watched fifth and sixth season of miraculous and I haven't stopped thinking about it since.

The character that I have been completely infatuated with is Nathalie. Damn do I love this morally grey woman. I know that some people suspect that she'll betray ladybug, but I honestly don't think that's the case. Of course she did some messed up stuff like: Helping Gabriel terrorise Paris, lying to Adrien about his dad, controlling Adrien with the ring, lowkey manipulating Marinette and probably some more stuff that I forgot about. Despite that I think that we can clearly see that Adrien is and has been her priority from at least the second half of the 5th season.

I don't believe she would do anything to jeopardise his safety or happiness, especially not now when she's his only parent. She has finally started to feel free with showing her affection for him. It's probably part of the reason she doesn't want him to know the truth, She's too afraid of losing this relationship. Even more so if she has figured out that he is Chat Noir. Which I'm not saying she has but I wouldn't rule that out considering how much time she spent caring for him.

And as far as her relationship with the council, she clearly is not fully loyal to it. If she were she would tell them Ladybug's identity. I also don't think that she has the real butterfly miraculous; no matter the shape and colour of her glasses this season.

I will stand by this fictional woman for as long as I can.

Some days, as I scroll through Tumblr looking at kpdh posts, I wonder if the directors and animators have any idea that half the fandom has been watching the same 2 minutes of the movie dissecting Celine. Trying to learn more, to understand more.

for those who don’t remember, “mole interest” was an experiment I did 2 years ago because I wanted to test what causes tags to go trending on tumblr. My hypothesis was that all it takes is one (1) post blowing up in an established tag to make the entire tag trend.

I had randomly generated 2 words, which is where “mole interest” came from. I failed to consider that by generating a new tag, it wouldn’t have had enough posts already in it to prove what I now call “the mole interest effect”.

But now it does.

In 2023, we said “fuck it” a la mythbusters and ended up doing whatever it took to get #mole interest to trend. And it did. And it happened to be September 11th that day, and we managed to get #mole interest to trend ABOVE #9/11.

So, in the name of science, I ask you to reblog just this post. Let’s put the mole interest effect to the test.

I finally published the firs chapter of my Ahsoka- centric fanfiction. It's honestly just Ahsoka trying to cope with Vader's death

Ahsoka meets Luke and Leia, talks to them about Anakin; learns a few things and has a lot of feelings. Rex is there, trying to figure out what's up.

Or

Ahsoka struggles with grief after the death of Darth Vader; trying to understand what does it means for her. Meanwhile Luke is determined to learn more about his late father and the jedii order.

If I am going to see one more "Celine is the real villain" post I am going to lose it. She's an antihero, it's a huge difference. Yes, she traumatised our girl for life, but what parent doesn't? (That's a joke, don't come for me)

Mothers aren't perfect they'll fuck you up badly and expect from you the impossible things. They can understand and know you in the most intimate ways and at the same times not see you at all and not know who you are. But sometimes they also love you, and sometimes it's the best you can get. I'm not saying all parents deserve forgiveness. There are times when a person can't and shouldn't have any sort of relationship with their parents. Some parents are just very shitty. It's Not always the case, though.

What I mean is that Celine is not inherently evil and she's not beyond redemption. She's a human being like everyone, and her actions have terrible consequences but that's life. She's not a great mother, sure, but she's definitly not the worst one, the fact that she loves Rumi and tries her best makes her better than many others. Their relationship is complicated and probably even more so after the movie. They desperately should talk about their feelings and I think that after everything that had happened there is a chance that they will. I do believe that Celine realised she messed up.

Idk, There's something tragic in loving and trying to protect someone just to end up hurting them more than anyone who ever tried to.

Scrolling the Celine tag in search of fanarts and seeing my own post in the "top" category is one of the most rewarding experiences im my life. Finally someone appreciates how much of my free time I spend on analysing fictional characters.

The thing about Celine that I feel people don't talk about is that she does truly loves Rumi, as a daughter, and cares for her deeply. She wants what's best for the younger, she's just mistaken what that is. The reason she wants to get rid of marks is because she doesn't see them as an inherent part of Rumi, but as some sort of curse that has to be healed. Further more one should not forget is that Celine was though her whole life that demons are evil, she have seen them kill people, and she killed them as well. So for her to accept Rumi's demon heritage would mean to question her and the whole lineage of huntresses actions. If the demons aren't all evil that means she spent her life killing people. And that means there's nothing she can do about the pain she carries. It pose a danger to her view of the world, and the meaning she had found in life. She did her best to rise Rumi on her own, which by the way isn't easy with a normal child, but with half-demon I can't begin to imagine. There is no textbook for that. And we don't know if she even wanted a child, if she was ready for one. But she takes on that responsibility for her friend and raises and loves her the best she can. She doesn't want anything bad happening to Rumi, when Celine realises that her daughter asks her to kill her, she looks absolutely terrified. Imagine someone who you took care for asks you to end their life, someone whom you watched grow and tried to protect. She doesn't hesitate a second to say that she does loves her, and yeah that's not enough but it counts. But Celine is a broken woman doing her best, not some kind of cold hearted manipulator that doesn't care for Rumi besides her voice.

I have so much more thoughts on this topic and this is just a scrap of them, so I'm probably going to write another post about Celine and Rumi.

Someone probably pointed it out, but Celine is the only one with two Norigae. And like do you think that one of them used to belong to Rumi's mom and Celine decided to keep it, because I think about it a lot. I bet that the purple one is Ryu's.
