The name is Lei! You can pronounce it as 'Lee' or 'Lay' I honestly don't care and both work.
My pronouns are He/She/They/Book/Xey! Please don't just pick one and stick with it. MIX IT UP! It makes me happy when you use multiple different ones in one sentence.
(More information is below.)
Hyperfixations: I love jrwi. I'm so obsessed. I'm not even kidding. I run the jrwi RP blogs @jeromefox and @pepper-the-cat. If you ever wanna go check them out! I also love the game mouthwashing, and I'm currently listening to two other podcasts: The Magnus Archives and I Am In Eskew.
I have ADHD so I can be a bit impulsive sometimes. Please let me know if I make you uncomfortable or anything and I will try my best not to do it again.

I just wanna let all my mutuals know that I love you all so so much and I will miss all of you! You all have been a blessing in my life and I am so grateful to be your mutual on this app, even if we almost never talk. I wish you all the best of luck! I will be back online in July of 2026. I will see you all again in 18 months! :D <333

Hello my friends, I thank you for being there and supporting me during this long period, but we still need some support and help to complete our goal. My baby girl is in dire need of food and drink, as the cost of milk is $50 and the price of diapers is $70. My baby needs a carton of milk every 3 days. We are living in famine, there is no food, fruits or vitamins, so please help me to save my baby girl from the danger of famine 🥹💔

Okay, you need to make sure you play this game at some point. Maybe not today or anything, because you’ll need about thirty minutes and a serious willingness to understand how it works, but - it’s so worth it. It’s basically an answer to our occasional frustration - why do assholes always come out on top? - and the beautiful thing about it is that not only does it explain how that happens, but also how we can change it.
“In the short run, the game defines the players. But in the long run, it’s us players who define the game.”
Don’t check just this - check out all of Nicky Case’s work. They’re a brilliant creator and I heavily recommend checking out at least one of their projects. Their website can be found here.
Parable of the Polygons - an interactive experiment that shows how tiny individual biases can collectively cause segregation on a massive scale.
To Build a Better Ballot - an interactive experiment that shows the alternatives to the voting systems we currently use and how they can be more representative and democratic, along with their faults.
Coming Out Simulator - a short interactive story/novel about coming out, based off of Case’s own experiences. Not one I’ve played myself but still one I can recommend.
Loopy - a very simple but useful tool to show how systems interact with each other and how things can self-propagate.
We Become What We Behold - “ a game about news cycles, vicious cycles, infinite cycles.“ A short five-minute game about news and media. Warnings for violence, blood, death and stress.
Short version is that Pluto is a later name for the god of death, which is often associated with the Roman era/Roman mythology. Hades is the earlier name.
I made this post thinking I knew what kind of fire I was playing with. Hephaestus, God of Fire, looking upon me from his fuck off tower or whatever said “Oh you think you know? Check this shit” and promptly set my post ablaze for everyone to observe
You're basically doing the post equivalent of standing out in a field during a storm with a ten-foot copper pole, you better hope Zeus is busy hiding from Hera.
I mean hades is a death god. Arguably the god of the dead. Thanatos is more like the personification of death. There’s a lot of gods of death and death gods in Greek mythology but hades is the big one so I think even though he’s not literal death I think that people calling him the god of death aren’t strictly wrong.
"God Of The Dead" vs "God Of Death" feels very "Emperor of The French" vs "King Of France" to me.
I want a Greek myth inspired French Revolution story is what I'm saying.
The nymphs and satyrs and demigods such rise up against the Olympians, an initial ousting from Mt Olympus turns into inter-pantheon warfare as the surviving Gods flee to other heavens for help against the threat to the divine order, and a plucky young demigod begins rising the ranks as the fledging Revolutionary Mountain teeters between genuine change, bloody infighting and facing down a Celestial Coalition.
