Huh, yeah, there is probably an interesting intersection between omorashi et al and clicker training. Something like full bladder and conditioned to only be able to release after the click. I'm not sure how doable that would be but we already have pretty elaborate social structures around training someone to require certain stimulus to pee so it couldn't be too hard. Makes for an interesting reinforcement structure. A bit on the line between positive and negative reinforcement depending if the feeling of being full is more negative or the feeling of release is more positive. I do think it's important that you use this for other training or you're just using the clicker as a toy and it's not training. Also, I feel like it creates an interesting exercise in variable schedules. You would want simple tasks with single completion points. Possibly requiring the subject to follow a gradually growing list of commands before release is permitted. Interesting to think about.
