I read 'rich and powerful women like celebrities and athletes are forced to parade around nearly naked to remind all women that no amount of money or status could protect them from objectification. they must remain sexually accessible to the poorest man' and my life hasn't been the same since.
Exhibit 2493
i remember when Drwokin wrote something in the lines like, the wealthiest the woman, the weaker she was physically, because the man that was by her side imposes femininity on her more than poorer woman
when you think you can't hate men more, you read "pornography" by andrea dworkin and you realise that, in fact, you CAN hate men so much more
PARIS, Aug 9 (Reuters) - Afghan female athlete Manizha Talash, a member of the refugee Olympic team at the Paris Games, displayed the words "Free Afghan Women" on her cape during her breaking routine in the competition's pre-qualifiers on Friday.
Political slogans and statements are banned on the field of play and on podiums at the Olympics, meaning Talash could face a potential sanction.

“there’s no such thing as a gender neutral space, any space with men in it will center men.”
can’t stop thinking about that point
GOOD NEWS GYNS
A potential cause for endometriosis has been found, called fusobacterium
In the study, mice with the bacteria were able to be treated successfully with an antibiotic and it massively lowered quantity and severity of endometrial lesions
The bacteria was found in most women w endo that were tested, compared to 10% of women without endo.
FINALLY, good news in women’s healthcare!
Hopefully only a few years out from an actual treatment for endometriosis!
Link to the study:
The pathogenesis of endometriosis is a complex process, and recent research has introduced novel hypotheses in this field. This review summa
as a women with endometriosis that already went through surgery, this is HUGE!!! i could cry i swear
you feel like going insane once you realize how constant coercive rape is in relationships with men. every single girl and woman i know has had an experience with an attempting rapist. every. single. one. and some folks want to cry "hetphobia" when rape culture is 90% of heterosexual culture.
men are genuinely dangerous to women. i don't think you can be a feminist and dispute this. whatever your personal reasons. holy shit.

Women who kill abusive men and rapists do heroic acts of bravery and self sacrifice for all of womankind.
I’ve said this before but it’s so grim how saying “feminism is only about women” is exclusionary when women are half the people on earth.

"Men aren't allowed to cry 🥺🥺" ok so fucking do it anyway? You're not allowed to rape either yet here you fucking are. Why are you obeying this rule and not the other one?
I like art that depicts women not posing seductively or gracefully but simply existing as human beings.
Movies too! Taking in art where women are comfortable and happy improves your mental health so much. I used to be a horror junkie, but after taking a break from that male dominated, misogynistic genre, it made me way less anxious.
I’ll always love horror games and anime, but live action gore is something I’m leaving behind. Mystery and romance only please!
women who don‘t wear makeup are always going to be so much braver than men who do.
men get hate crimed for wearing makeup meanwhile women who dont wear it are fine??? wtf are you saying
women get hate crimed for being women but thanks for stopping by
Women get fired from jobs for not wearing makeup. There are makeup brands now with ads specifically for men.
women exist in a world where their natural, real face is seen as sloppy, ugly, lazy, and unprofessional. men make a CHOICE to wear makeup, to ADD something and therefore have the CHOICE in whether they receive hate for that or not. women don’t have a choice. we cna either be abused, verbally or physically, or we can pay thousands of dollars to carve up our faces into something “better”… and still get verbally and/or physically abused because women are attacked regardless.
also, can we talk about WHY men wearing makeup has become acceptable in liberal circles, but NOT women giving up makeup? why is makeup for men heavily marketed, accepted by makeup corporations?
it’s because wearing makeup will NEVER be revolutionary, no matter who does it. it’s appealing to capitalism and upholding the patriarchy even when it’s men doing it. and if makeup is normalized for men, women will have double the pressure to wear it. down! with! makeup!
As a butch lesbian, there’s two main reactions people have to my gender non conformity.
Number 1 is when they’ll try to convince me to be feminine, “you’d look great with eye shadow”, “you should grow your hair really long”, “I think this skirt would suit you” are all things I only ever heard after I gained to confidence to fully embrace my butchness.
Number 2 is when they’ll try to convince me I’m trans in denial, “I saw an ad for chest binder, you should get one”, “that sounds like gender dysphoria, you should consider exploring your gender identity” “I think you should experiment with different pronouns” are all things that have been said to me only after I embraced my butchness.
Often times people will do both, in this order.
It's literally if you don't conform to gender roles the traditional way, they'll try to get you to conform the new way. Either be a feminine woman or a masculine man, no in between
