Something that I love about the soulmate winners, especially Grian and Scar and Pearl and Scott is that while Grian and Scott won with the other by their side, Scar and Pearl faced their seasons alone.

They were both rejected by their soulmates in double life and it is reflected in their winning seasons, especially Pearl.

While Scott and Grian thrived with a teammate, Pearl and Scar “thrived” alone, almost as though they were held back before and that going against the grain is what really brought them glory in the end.

It’s kind of poetic in the end, how different their endings were to their soulmates, yet how similar they are to each other, I love how beautifully written an unscripted series can be

Please read this because it is EXTREMELY important me (a transgender man) and to other trans individuals.

The US Government is currently trying to pass an incredibly dangerous national law for trans youth called HR 2616.

This bill would ban all Federally funded schools from teaching about gender identity or sexual orientation, prevent teachers from using the correct pronouns and names for trans students, remove books with any trans representation in them, and even go as far as to prevent teachers from acknowledging trans identity AT ALL.

Any school that does not follow this will lose all federal funding. This bill would also require teachers to forcibly out trans students to their families, which would be fatal to any trans student with a transphobic Family or just hateful family in general. Trans people are already a group that already has some of the highest rates of being victim to suicide, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

This bill actively makes teachers put those innocent children at such a big risk. This bill has rapidly passed the house this week with support from all 209 republicans, as well as 8 democrats. But, it's still being voted on in the senate, which means there is still time to help stop this.

To help stop this, you can visit 5calls.org (look up 2616 in the search bar), one of the most top issues filed Oppose Attacks on LGBTQ+ Students. Once you put in your general location, it will pull-up contact information for your senator, and give you a script for calling them.

If you are a minor and/or do not feel comfortable doing this, PLEASE repost this on here, or any other platform you are on/can find! This needs to be heard and fought against.

Comic con photos!

Ok so I went to comic con yesterday, but here's all my photos!

Here's me before the con as the amazing GeminiTay!

Before I met up with my friends, I went and lined up for a book autograph from an author I love. I was recognized TWICE in the line which was rly cool

me with the author Lynette Noni!

While I was walking around I bumped into four mcyt cosplays!

there's a Scott, Grian and Louis with me

then of course i met up with my friends (who were also in mcyt cosplay)

my friend on the left was Pearl, then to my right were two people who kinda did Grian and Etho but homemade version lol

As soon as we entered we immediately found a Grian cosplayer

then we walked around for ages bc sometime told us a stall had mcyt merch. We bumped into another Grian, a Lizzie and a s11 Joel

Then we found a big group of mcyt cosplays which was epic!

there's me and my friends, as well as a Lizzie, a Grian and a Wifies. I saw another Wifies and a Parrot cosplay too but sadly no photos

After we split up another Grian cosplayer came up to me and my friend dressed as Pearl and asked for a photo which was rly cool

A Squiddo cosplayer also recognized me and we got a photo

that was all the mcyt cosplays that i got photos of but i also saw a super cool Saparata cosplay and i believe there was a Quackity and Schlatt cosplay too

also i was told there was a huge mcyt meet up abd group photo that I missed 😭

But wow there were so many mcyt cosplays it was amazing (a lot more mcyt fans than you'd expect in my little isolated city lol)

Ok and now what i got! i spent so much money here I'm not okay...

I got a new book, two sticker sheets, two bracelets (one says yaoi on it and the other says girls), a tadc pin, a d20, a Limited Life Martyn keychain (we ended up finding the stall with some help from the Wifies cosplayer), an underwater mystery print, a Bill Cipher Pin and Red contacts and a cool crown that may or may not be involved in my next cosplay 👀

I also got this cute cat sticker, a s10 Grian sticker and orange baby for free (don't ask)

By the end of it, me and my friends had soooo much fun but we were very tired (i mean i spent like 8 hrs there lmao)

10/10 experience would go again and 100% recommend to anyone else
