I know they're not for everybody but I HIGHKEY recommend going to an art class/course at some point if you're an artist, ESPECIALLY if it covers the basics. I've taken about 3 in my life so far, only one of them specialized for anatomy, and there's been noteable quality leaps with my art after each one.
