On July 10, 1963, The Beatles recorded "So how come (No One Loves Me)" and five other songs in London for the BBC Radio series "Pop Go the Beatles", which would air on July 23rd. All six recordings can be heard on "Live at the BBC volume 1", released in 1994.

The video was filmed by Dezo Hoffmann at the beach of Weston-super-Mare on July 27, 1963.
