I think there should be a microblogging platform where the complete text of each post is also its primary database key. Want to make a post with the exact same text that anyone else has ever made? Key integrity violation, try again. This would not benefit anyone in any way.

If multiple identical posts are made via different nodes before the reconciliation process can catch the duplication, which one is canonised is determined entirely at random. The others simply vanish. This would be good for the community, I think.

I think a better solution is to keep adding to the byline every time someone collides with the hash, 6k names and avatars one after another and then the body of the post is "penones im my area"

Alternatively, instead of the identical posts who aren't canonised simply disappearing, they are automatically replaced with a text that says something like "Zwei Dumme, ein Gedanke" (two fools, one thought).

Per default, these replacement-posts do not link to the one post that was identical and canonized. But, as a paid premium feature, people can opt in so that when this happens and their post is the canonized one, the other posters get a link to their winning post in their automatic replacement. I think this would help build community, and since it is opt-in I see no downsides to this.
