Take me back.
I have never been one for to look back, as life and people always teach us to move forward with our lives. Never look back, that’s what they always told you.
But looking back is not necessarily a bad thing. Fashion always takes cues from it’s self and people have always had an affection for nostalgia to the 80′s and 90′s.
With fashion moving toward’s a very 90′s feel these days especially with every other girl wearing a choker as if we’re an undercover witches cult, I feel as though there is a whole new focus on comfort and ease. Nothing say’s “I don’t give a fuck and I’m cooler than you” other than a ripped denim jacket and a velvet choker with thigh high boots.
It’s not a bad thing though for the younger generation to take cues from those who ran the streets before us, It just means that no matter what age you are or when you were born we’re all cool kids at heart trying to be larger than life.
