President Trump, though? The man who loves our troops and our country? Yeah, it’s weird that he didn’t go to the ceremony and chose to stay in his hotel room. He left our country on Veteran’s Day weekend to visit Paris for the reunion, but could not be bothered to face a little rain in order to pay his respects to the troops.

He forgets the names of the fallen. He cuts funding for veteran welfare programs. He sends our soldiers to the border for needless exercises in intimidation. Then he claims that others are weak on the military and don’t respect our troops?

hey guys!  in case you missed it, california is literally on fire everywhere.  so far, 23 people have died and over 1 million acres are burning.  right now, the three major fires are the camp fire (butte county), woolsey fire (los angeles/ventura), and the hill fire (thousand oaks, a town whose name you may recognize as it was the site of a deadly mass shooting only a few days ago).  

trump is threatening to cut off federal aid because he’s a jackass because he thinks it’s california’s fault (??) but if you are able PLEASE donate to fire departments working to combat the flames.  these fires are only made worse by seasonal santa ana winds which have reached up to 70 mph and threaten to spread flames further.

other things you can do
