Barber Shop Minus Quartet

Little bit of days gone by in this Barber Shop in the backstreets of Lincoln. Owned by the attentive, so-relaxed-he's-almost horizontal Louis people seem to be flocking far and wide to this little piece of the past. America The Bigoted

Even if we pretend that America isn’t a country that was originally stolen from non-English-speaking tribes… It’s certainly a multicultural country of many languages now, in which you can be a patriotic, American CITIZEN even if your skin isn’t white and you don’t speak English. I know I’m the very first person to have ever stated this fact, so it’s okay if it takes a very long time to sink in.

And apart from legal and epistomologic matters, is the work any good? Do these sensual images emerge from the behavior of her subjects or are they shaped by the taste and fantasies of the photographer for an affluent audience?
