Also writers don’t just get to ignore established character traits, or “facts” as you put it, that’s called bad writing, if you have to dumb down a character to write your story, then you need to rethink your story. Also also comic books and their writers aren’t a monolith, what one writer does doesn’t trounce what all other writers do, case in point Tower of Babel which originally released two years before hiketeia showed that batman had contingencies for all justice league members, why didn’t he use one here? Could it be that you can’t just take one story by one writer and say “ha I’m right suck it bitch”. Batman and Wonder Woman both have their own strengths and weaknesses, one being better in some situations and the other in others, batman knows he can’t outmuscle Wonder Woman and she knows she can’t outsmart him, a story which had batman winning at good old fisticuffs with Wonder Woman would be just as bad as a story where Wonder Woman easily outsmarts batman, and even worse is a story in which a characters strength and motivation are not just ignored, but aren’t even touched on,

Not to sound insensitive, but I would argue that alcoholism and other addiction stories focus on older individuals instead of teenagers because the addiction has already ruined their life, a teenager or young adult can get their life together and fix the problems in their life because they still have a life left to live, someone in their fifties or sixties has already destroyed their life and has maybe another decade or two left, also many people see it as normal to party throughout their younger years before getting their life together, you could argue that that is normalizing addiction, but you could also argue that that is just how people are

Did I just say adult, I meant woman, and yes a full grown woman’s hips repeatedly slapping a boys pelvis would hurt it would likely not cause death, and her either performing oral sex on him or forcing him to do it to her would create severe psychological trauma it also would not cause death, however if a grown man were to rape a girl in the vagina or Anus or a boy in the anus it would most likely distort its shape cause internal trauma and no doubt severe bleeding which can lead to death or transmission of stds, which may also cause death.
