Vegan Festival in South Korea!
Need something to kick that sweet tooth? I was craving chocolate and what better way to make chocolate overnight oats without guilt! I didn't add as much as the recipe called for and it was just as good 😊 below is what I used to make this bad boy ☺️👍🏻 Chocolate overnight oats: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup almond milk 1 Tablespoon PB 2 Tsp chia seeds 1 Tablespoon cacao powder 2 Tsp agave syrup Let sit overnight then add Cacoa nibs to it and it makes it so much better!! I got the cacoa nibs from a vegan festival but I'm sure thrive market or vita cost has it. Try it out and let me know what you think ❤️
1 Week of being Vegan, my thoughts, and results!
Vegetarian?!
Today is my third day being a vegetarian and I gotta say, I feel so good. I'm slowly trying to transition to vegan but we will see. I was just so tired of feeling like crap from my stomach problems. I was so sick of it that I wanted to try this. It seems dramatic to some, but I feel like it's something I need to do. A lot of doctors always asked have you tired changing your diet? Mind you I eat pretty healthy and workout so I said no, but ultimately I think I needed to change. I needed to change my perspective and really give this a go. If anyone has tips or advice about transitioning to vegan let me know? Also need some easy recipes :)
