One thing that i do love about trigun stampede/stargaze is how they bring back the old '98 voice actors for the radio broadcasters (specifically in the japanese version)

in Stampede they have Masaya Onosaka, Vash's voice actor, as the host for November's public news broadcast, they have Toru Furusawa, Knives' voice actor, as the DJ sharing his opinion on the fate of humanity (predictably, that they should've died out) and they have Show Hayami, Wolfwood's voice actor, as the preacher for the Eye of Michael

This was a detail i loved in Stampede so when a new voice appeared on the radio in the first episode of Stargaze my ears immediately perked up and lo and behold it is none other than Satsuki Yukino, Milly's voice actress from '98!

i love mogami's focus on negative character arcs and his insistence that he and mob are of the same. based on the fact his mom got sick in high school he probably viewed his middle school self as a good and kind person about to be tarnished by the world
