The Star Road is the birthing place of every world's Ultimate Keystone, which takes many forms (the star rod. the triforce. the fire emblem. the ice king's crown. etc) and literally manifests the nature of the bearer into physical reality (note: the bearer does not get to review their internal world before making it the new reality. I get why our current general societal thing is to say it doesn't matter which undiagnosed mental illnesses you had when you behaved badly because you should still be accountable for your own actions & I actually agree with that in many ways. however I think some people have gotten overly fatalistic about how much simply knowing what your own deal is can transform your life basically overnight if you actually hold yourself to treating your own mental health properly. like I do not think figuring out I had OCD solved all my problems but it explained 90% of the most fraught online social experiences I have had cyclically throughout my adult life and once I got treatment for it I never had that specific issue ever again. sometimes it IS that easy.

Here's my real tip for anyone moving out on their own for the first time; when you buy a set of measuring cups or spoons buy ones that have the measurement engraved into the cup/spoon and do NOT buy ones where it's just printed on. Because that ink/paint/ect. can rub off and then you'll have a bunch of useless little spoons and cups you have to get rid of bcs they no longer say what size they are. Don't ask me how I know, just trust me that you wanna buy engraved ones.

What helped me write trauma better is remembering that the nervous system learns predictions. If danger used to come after quiet, calm can feel threatening. Controversial take but I think we more often need to accept that sometimes it’s not personal, but that a person still doesn’t fuck with us. They don’t want a relationship with us, they don’t wanna be our friend. We’re not their type for whatever reason. They don’t hate us but they aren’t interested in building something with us in any capacity. It’s not that they have a lot going on, it’s not that they can’t receive love, it’s not what a lot of people concoct just not to deal with the sting of rejection. Sometimes we’re just not somebody’s type. And that’s okay and we don’t have to curl up in fetal position in a corner about it. We will not be the type of every person we encounter and that is natural and nothing to lose sleep over
