Ok but imagine if the boys were from the 80s…

I’m not just saying this because my obsession with the 80s I do genuinely have reason!! I’m 90% sure they were in the original Brazilian show- however it’s like Duran Duran reject and emo big time rush. Literally only one of them looks remotely close to being 80s and the others are like painful early 2000s? I’m not sure if they were going for it, I’m not Brazilian I’ve never seen the og - anyway.

What if they were a hair metal/glam metal band? The hair, the clothing, the full makeup. Still on the rise , nothing else really changes past the style of music and how they look.

Rip the boys. They’re fine they just died with a full face of makeup.

Idk whats a better concept, they can remove and fix the makeup like their clothes in the show (which I still don’t get ghost logic wise)

What’s arguably funnier or more tragic- they can’t take it off. Your stuck with it. Good luck. (Reggie is dying because his eyeliner has been smeared for 35 years and there’s nothing he can do about it) Luke looks just as longingly at a can of hairspray as he does the fridge. Rip.

When Julie joins the band, she adds her own flair to it, as just like before it’s music. She and her mom really bonded over it- Hear and Luke made a Ballad or two… she volumizes her hair a bit more and totally rocks the look

Am I totally biased because it’s my favorite kind of music? Yes. Would I love to see this genuinely as a au or something? Yes.

You can be more subtle or poison lmao (very random photo selection) general rule is big hair (again- random photo selection, doesn’t really.. show the hair thing…)

Just in the genesis of skateboarding, raised by beatnik parents (think Dean from the Iron Giant raising Willie 😂), definitely went to Woodstock, and rocked those round little sunglasses better than John Lennon ever could. He was desperately hoping to escape the military draft upon turning eighteen. Technically he did...by dying.

His finds funky 80s Alex, though, and behind the anxiety he sees the same revolutionary spirit and heart, and he's gone in an instant.

you say jatp season 2 won't work because the cast looks older and different now i say they should pick up right where they left off and pretend nothing has changed and not even acknowledge that it's been more than 3 years since the first season came out. we are not the same

do i think jatp is ever gonna come back? no.

do i think, objectively, that it would be hilarious if it did come back with a 5 year time jump in which the band are incredibly famous and successful and alive and willie is alive too and they’ve just left caleb stuck in nicks body for 5 years because ‘he got himself in there surely he can get himself out’? yes. yes i do.
