Hey everyone I wanted to share this about our fundraiser. I am happy with all the likes, shares and donations and anything helps. We still have a while to go but everything has been working pretty well.

We sadly have been selling some of our need stuff or old systems and stuff because of it but what ever we can try to do. At the moment I don’t think we will ever see the money back from the cousin that stole from us even though we won our small claims court. We are at a standstill due to him couch surfing and never at 1 place to serve him paperwork that we are going to take his stuff…

Hey been having financial issues and getting screwed over by a family member. We do have the deck done but took out way more than what we would have liked. Please take a look. Sharing and donating will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi so back in Nov 2023 we hired my cousin in-law to work on our deck basically removing the floor boards and stairs and redo it. We initially paid 3,550 and paid in full by the end of November. By the end of November our deck was unusable with the floor boards completely removed, no railings on the deck.

we tried to contact him day in day out between December 23 till April 24. He came back 2 other times to clean up the trash in the yard which was there for over a month and to “nail” in the boards on the deck so we can have guest over for the holidays. In May we went ahead and sued him and won. The main issue is he is still ghosting us saying he will “talk” to us and won’t.

we have gone through the stress of everything and tried doing this by our selves. We had to take out more loans just for someone to redo the “fixes” he did and actually made it a safe deck.

pictures below is the deck that was left behind by him.

the whole cost will go towards the loans we took out for the deck to get it fully finished and no longer a hazard.

The total is what we’ve spent to get this deck done and basically paying double for this job. And this can help with the legal fees we had to pay for to track him down and serve him.

Here is the break down:

$780 is left on one loan which will be the first to get paid off

$1,690 is on the second which will be the second one to be paid

$4,682 is of the last loan.

The goal is to try and have the 2 loans paid and what ever is left go to the last one. If that happens that would make it a bit more better on our end and then we can still try to get justice.
