Still Refused

Heart abused,

But quit on love, still refused.

Knows how to love, but not who—

Just like I know who to love,

But how to love, I lack the clues.

Losing myself to gain love from you,

Yet at the same time, losing you,

As I slowly myself begin to choose.

Win-win—

Seems more like lose-lose.

Even though it's really more of a tie.

"Forever" feels more like "whenever,"
