My family is in a bit of a pickle.

We have no TV, No Phones (only cellphones) and no Internet until the 14th of next month. Because my dad had to pay for his Med’s which were really expensive and left him broke. We need to come up with $544 to bring back up our Internet. TV. and Phone line.

Parenting Tip

If you son has a severe disorder that's aggravated by stress.

And he's been stressed out lately, making his disorder worse and keeping him from functioning like a normal, contributing member of society for days and weeks on end.

And he's losing weight to the point that he's severely underweight (117 lbs!) and probably malnourished to some degree. 

And his sleep schedule has also been thrown off or inverted because of this.

Repeatedly accosting him and getting angry with him over the messed up sleep schedule and weight loss and inability to do things will only stress him out more.

Which will only make the situation worse.

But no, you're right, I totally need to sleep normally and be less stressed.  Hah, why didn't I think of that?  Stupid me.  I mean, it's not like I haven't layed in bed for hours on end trying to sleep but unable to do so, which makes me feel worse.  And it's not like people keep waking me up or screaming for me to come do menial tasks every 10-15 minutes, especially when I'm trying to sleep.  Let's not forget the 3 dogs I do most of the caring for.  But no, I should totally sleep normally and be less stressed out.  Maybe then I'd be less sick all the time.  Maybe then I'd be able to actually do things and make something of myself and be a contributing member of society.

I've forgotten where I'm going with this...  Nowhere, probably.

((I’ve started a new ask blog, regarding one of my main OCs, a pegasus with a knack for humorous misfortune.  I’m not abandoning this blog by any means; I intend to keep updating Luci when I can.  Lucky is just easier for me to draw, portray, and be entertaining with, and I feel starting a blog for him will help my creativity and productivity overall.  If you like slapstick comedy, inept heroes, and general Western stuff, you should totally go follow Lucky and throw him some questions.

Sorry for the lack of activity as of late

I went out of town for like a week, then got sick for like a week, and then of course there was a bunch of other personal stuff I had to handle and work around.  Needless to say, I haven't been able to do much art, writing, or other creative pursuits for awhile, and it has taken me a bit to get caught back up on Tumblr.  There are probably a few things I still missed or didn't quite pick up on, actually.  Alas.

Anyhoo, I should have some free time in the next few days, so hopefully I can get some artwork done!  Woooo!  Gonna try to get a Changeling Spy update or two in, at least, and then maybe some sketchwork on the side.

Should I do more Roman pony art?  And if so, what species' factions would you most like to see reimagined in an ancient empire context?  Ponies?  Donkeys?  Griffons?  Zebras?

Hmmm, not sure what to draw next.  Rome-inspired doodles?  More Lucky sketches?  I'm looking to do some quick little sketches, nothing too complicated.  Anybody got some ideas or suggestions for stuff to draw and/or throw at Lucky or Luci?
