Sorry but encouraging people not to do kind things is counterproductive.

I paid for the girl behind me last week because she looked like she was having a rough day.

I paid for another girl to show the kids I watch that its good to be selfless and look out for others when you have the means to do so. The same reason we pick up other peoples litter on our way home from school.

I know they have the money to buy it themselves but it's like holding a door open for the person behind you. They dont have to, most times they don't but it's nice when they do 🤷‍♀️

If it inspires someone else to be giving that day then it's a good thing. Pay for someones coffee, lunch, groceries or parking meter. You never know what's happening in other peoples lives. That five dollar coffee might just be the thing that turns their day around. Be kind to somebody ❤
