I first learned about shifting in 2021, but didn't start believing until late 2021, and didn't try to shift until early 2022. I was on shifttok for about a year, but then I decided to delete tiktok and other social media's due to mental health issues. I hadn't tried shifting in a while (until I got on shiftblr) for those same reasons. During 2023, my mental health began to improve, so motivation to shift soon came back. I started making scripts again, then once I got on shiftblr, I started trying again.
