hands down the funniest moment in the entire henriad is at the end of richard ii when bolingbroke is like "has ANYONE seen my gay and stupid son whom i haven't seen in 3 months. i'm getting brain damage from pissing myself off thinking about him" and hotspur is like "☝️i saw him getting shitfaced at the tavern and when i told him you're king now he was like lmfao who gaf" and bolingbroke is like "FUUUUUUUUCK i hate that piece of shit. BUT it's not joever yet, hopefully things will be better soon! 😊☝️" and then aumerle enters to beg for his life after his plot to assassinate bolingbroke got uncovered
