If you base your headcanons about Pearl around her being “Grian’s Sister” you have done something wrong. Go care about her as an individual and come back with original thoughts. Like sure still headcanon her as Grian’s sister if you want, but don’t base your headcanons about her around Grian or I’m gonna start doing the opposite. Grian is a moth because Pearl is. Grian is a shapeshifter because Pearl is. He’s nocturnal because Pearl is. His backstory as a character is that he’s Pearl’s brother and my entire thoughts on his childhood are based around how he took care of Pearl as her older brother. He’s a side character to Pearl’s story. (All of these are things I have seen so many people say the other way around).
