She used guilter material to support her narrative, including: prosecution motions that mislabelled what "male content" MJ owned and stripped it of context, the debunked "semen on the bed" claim stemming from another failed DNA attempt by prosecutors, false accounts from people like Scott Thorson (who alleged he saw MJ carrying CP) and Jason Pfeiffer (a loser whose own partner, Arnold Klein, admitted he lied). She also made use of the Leaving Neverland-narrative that MJ disliked and was repulsed by girls and women, old tabloid stories that claimed Michael was transitioning or trying to resemble Diana, and the statements Latoya made while she was being abused into making them.

Fact is: Michael was a cishet man, identified as straight and male, made romantic and sexual references solely to women, described attraction and relationships in a heterosexual context, his creative output reflected only heterosexual themes, and he had a dating history exclusively with women. He disliked rumors of him transitioning into a girl and even turned down a collab with Madonna because she wanted him to dress as a woman.
His use of long hair and makeup as part of his masculine gender expression along with his sensitivity and softness should not confuse any reasonable person into thinking it implied anything else about his sexuality or gender.
