I love how Karen just immediately believes him, because of course she would. Matt's new supporting cast was infuriating at times and it was so nice to finally have someone else who went through 40+ episodes of pain alongside Matt, knows what the Fisks are capable of, and knows Matt wouldn't be saying it was a hit if he didn't know it to be true.

Look Daredevil vs Kingpin is a classic and it's great but imagine how infinitely funnier it would be if it was Kingpin vs Jessica Jones. Just imagine how helpless Fisk would be against her. She is a not a vigilante since she has a private detective licence so she is legal. He can't intimidate her because she is a depressed alcoholic with super strength. He can't threaten her loved ones because the only person she ever truly loved is her sister who is in the most high secure prison on the planet way out of Fisk's reach. He can't besmirch her reputatation and set the media against her because she doesn't have any repuation. He can hold the most eloquent passionate speech denoucning her and when the media finds her passed out in the garbage in front of a bar and asks for rebuttal she will just call him a prenteious cocksucker and New York will immediately side with her. Also as a private detective not only is she used to digging dirt but the dirt she digs is legally admissable so will immediately take down quite a few of his minions And worst of all at the end of the day Fisk is a brawler. He dreams of nothing more then to fight Daredevil one on one and beat him but he can't do that with Jessica because she has actual super strength and she can knock him out with one punch....if she is holding back. If she is not holding back hat one punch would burst him open like meat pinata. He is physically impotent against her and this would enrgae him to an insane degree
Being a never-quite-recovered mid 2010s marvel fan gives you many lasting quirks but the number one for me is definitely that every single time someone mentions Tahiti a sleeper agent activates in my brain and causes me to say “it’s a magical place”
so i cobbled together a list of when mcu releases in phase 4 & 5 canonically take place and its kind of wild because almost everything apparently happens in the 2 - 3 years after endgame:

and then we go from this very dense blob of events to suddenly huge time jumps of months and years for phase 5 that happen across like 3 or 4 years up to thunderbolts, which will be the last movie of phase 5:

meanwhile in the real world its been almost 6 years since endgame and it will be 10 years by the time of avengers doomsday. in terms of mcu-time though, considering endgame took place in 2023, and as far as i know the two next avengers movies will take place towards the end of the 2020's, that means a maximum of 6-7 years between universe scale destructive events.
it of course has to do with marvel slowing down production and other things, but theyre also still choosing to set new releases like ironheart and echo in this blob of events, not to mention daredevil which apparently happens either directly before or directly after endgame. idk its just kinda weird in all sorts of ways to me.
With Endgame taking place in October 2023 and Agatha being three years after the WandaVision finale, which is two weeks later, placing Agatha at the end of 2026, in terms of the timeline we've only just gotten past the three year mark with BNW which is the first project set in 2027 (April specifically)
minor pet peeve: people associating Jessica Jones with the color purple. That's not her color. Jess's color is blue, as seen in the Defenders intro. Purple is Kilgrave's color.
I know its a minor thing and kinda stupid to get worked up over but seeing Jess be associated with the iconography of her rapist just does not spark joy.

Coulson and Daisy + Family
Hey, you guys remember in 3.02 where the team opens up the portal to Maveth, but the vibrations from the machine made Daisy's nose bleed, and her body wasn't able to handle it, so she passes out and Coulson catches her and lays her down? And when she comes to Coulson is calling her Skye and she corrects him?
Look closely.
It's hard to tell since these episodes are so friggin DARK, but when Coulson catches her, he's wearing his jacket.
When Daisy wakes up, he's only got his button up on, no jacket.
Because his jacket is uNDER DAISY'S HEAD. 🙂
