Do you have any BlackHill headcanons?

Yes, so many! Here are just a few of my favorites:

- Nat teaches Maria Russian, so they can have private conversations during missions. When Bucky joins a mission, they switch to Chinese.

- Nat stops by the SHIELD headquartes more often than strictly necessary, pretending to have forgotten knives, pistols, or one time even chewing gum. Maria pretends to be annoyed, but secretly leaves little notes in Nat’s pockets.

- Maria is the only one who is allowed to call Nat anything other than Natasha. When Nat disapproved of ки́ска (’kitty’) because it was ‘too sweet’, Maria switched to любимая (‘sweet one’).

- In the morning, Maria often slips quietly out of bed to make big cups of coffee. While Nat is definitely not a morning person, she can’t help but smile when she wakes because of Maria’s soft kisses and the smell of fresh coffee.

- Sometimes, Nat practices new seduction tactics she wants to use in a mission on Maria. Maria acts all unaffected, but is never able to resist them.

- They fight about who’s a better marksman and do a shooting contest to decide. They agree that the winner gets to choose a movie for datenight. Maria wins (although she never knows if Nat let her win on purpose), and chooses a romantic comedy: she knows that Nat loves those but doesn’t want to admit it.

- Nat has compiled a photoalbum for Maria with dorky pictures of all the Avengers, who they have started to nickname “our children”.
