An adult Faroe showing up at the end doesn't erase or retcon Faroe's death, and I'm tired of seeing people critizising it acting like it does. The new Faroe is not the Faroe Arthur lost. This Faroe lived a completely different life, she is a different person from the child Arthur lost. Which is why this twist is such a good hook for Treshold, because Arthur will have to reconcile with that, that the daughter he has gained is not the daughter he lost, and this Faroe will have to find out that her father isn't the father she knew. This isn't something thrown in to "fix" things for Arthur, this is an element that complicates his seemingly perfect ending. It's an inspired twist to put in, and one I can't wait to see explored.

This AND I don't think it 'erases' Arthur's character development like people seem to think it does.

Giving him a Faroe after the events of Blackstone finally forces him to chase that new life goal he spoke of. In a way Arthur finally HAS what he's been 'atoning for' since his own Faroe died.

That's at least how I saw it.... In short.

Small introduction cuz i haven't rlly said anything about em yet:

Vin serves under Kayne, all be it with great reluctance, together with Marv and Chess. Being sent over from their own place back in 2000, with no other excuse than the fact that Chester was seemingly too distracted, they now live with Marv and work under Chess.

Although they serve under Kayne, they run on nothing but spite for the cult and Kayne himself (and would personally punch him in the face (it doesn't go well. They fucking die, ofc 🤷‍♂️)). They've got kind of a god complex going on about it all but can't take themself too seriously and are most definitely a theater kid. Chaotic and arrogant piece of shit 😔 We love em for it though

VERY expressive in anything but the eyes (weird ass Voids™️), talks at like 100mph, flip flops between emotions, absolutely lives for the show of it.

They're very stupid :)
