Yes, the collar button on a shirt is the most annoying, but it's proper to have it buttoned, especially if you're wearing a tie. So how are our beloved darkwick students doing when it comes to dressing themselves?
Jin - Nope. His shirt is actually more unbuttoned than most. Screw you, he doesn't care.
Tohma - Surprisingly, no. That top button is undone. Old habits die hard? Tie pin and unbuttoned shirt/loose tie is a funny combination though.
Lucas - Of course he's dressed correctly. Surely you didn't expect anything less from him.
Kaito - Nope. He probably just finds it too uncomfortable or annoying.
Alan - He's not even wearing a jacket, let alone a tie.
Leo - No way. The uniform is stupid. The button is open and the tie is loose.
Sho - Also no. Honestly I don't know why he's even wearing a tie. They can't make him, and he has to tuck it in his pocket when cooking anyway.
Haru - A surprising yes. Arguably, he has every reason not to wear it properly and yet he does. Good for him.
Towa - Please. He doesn't even tuck in his shirt. They're lucky he wears a tie at all.
Ren - Another no. The collar button is the worst, it's such a pain, why would you want him to do that?
Romeo - Of course he has his clothes on properly, just who do you think he is?????
Ritsu - No Shinjo would be caught dead looking sloppy. It's bad for business.
Subaru - Yes, his shirt is buttoned and his tie is on. Aside from covering his skin, it might cause trouble for someone if the already not-terribly-useful Hotarubi captain was thought to be dressed improperly, which would just put more of a burden on Haku and-
Haku - No tie at all, he's not the sort to worry about the top button either. Still a very clean overall look.
Zenji - Also no tie. What are they going to do, write him up? It would stifle his artistic talents.
Edward - You expect a frail old man to be choked all day and it's not even kinky? He probably lost his tie somewhere in his room anyway. Just be glad he's dressed at all.
Rui - He's got his turtleneck instead, and he's pulling off the look with both form and function. Can't judge him for it.
Lyca - A tight necked shirt was never going to fly. At least he tries to wear the tie?
Yuri - Another of the rare yes cases! I mean he also chooses to wear one with his lab coat, so what did you really expect? The great doctor Yuri Isami does not walk around looking like a rube!
Jiro - Nope. He probably doesn't see the point. Plus it would just get in the way if he had to fumble with the collar button any time he needed to take his shirt off for Yuri to tend his injuries.
Yeah I know you can just look at them, but I didn't pay attention to it until I noticed Tohma's unbuttoned shirt and thought it was interesting that he would choose not to do it.
In conclusion, Sinostra is the only house with a successful dressing rate of over 50% (unless Taiga counts for negative points)
